Heavy enough to stay in place.Cones are of fairly good quality, only thing is the reflective stripes are of clothe type material, they slide off the cones and can get caught in the stacked cones. Only improvement would be 3M type reflective tape for the stripes.I like the height and nice reflective. A little too light-weight; keep blowing over when windy. Otherwise good.Trust me don’t buy there terrible quality.These cones are okay. They are not like the ones you typically see set up along the highway. These are considerably lighter, especially in the base. The lighter base means that they will blow over easier as their center of gravity is higher. If they are not used in high wind conditions this will likely not be an issue.They are very flexible. I am not sure it this has any good or bad connotations.The reflective strips are held on by a couple of pieces of double sided tape. Maybe I should say, they are supposed to be held on by a couple of pieces of double sided tape. When I unstacked the cones one or more of the reflective pieces came off or was out of place and not secure. (See photo). I deducted one star for this. I could easily deduct two. I am going to have to find an adhesive that will stick to the cones and the reflective material so that i can properly secure the reflectors. If not they will be gone in short order.For my occasional use these should work fine once I secure the reflectors. If I was a commercial user and needed cones that would not blow over in high winds and required reflectors I would probably pass on these.These are very reflective and super durable. These are the same style of cones most county road divisions use so you know these will last for a long time.I like these Cones because they're bright colored and durable! Easy to stack & unstack as well! Highly recommend!
