I purchased a set of 2 - 6ft Goals about a year ago now. I was instantly impressed with the quality of everything in the package. I was also taken back by how much that thing springs open once you take the band off it! Make sure you stand back! LOL. Anyways, about a month into using them 1x per week, I opened them up for practice one day, and I was so heartbroken to find one of them had snapped. I went to my Amazon page asap, and quickly saw that I had just missed the deadline for returns or warranties. I was pretty bummed. I actually came on here and wrote a 2-Star review at that time. It was very similar to this review as of now. I mentioned the excellent quality, but the fact one broke so quick. But wait..... this is where the story gets better!About a month or so later, I was thinking about my broken goal one day, then it hit me to look at Podiumax's webpage. I went there and couldn't find much about a warranty but decided to email customer service anyways and tell them my story, so that's what I did.Within 24hrs, if not sooner, I had a reply from Customer Service (Mira to be exact). She was extremely apologetic and immediately asked for me to send her my receipt number, a picture of the broken goal, and my address. I was ecstatic! I really was because I don't have a lot of extra $$ laying around for soccer equipment. I sent out the info right away and the next day I had another email from Mira informing me they would absolutely send me another replacement goal at zero cost to me! She also informed me that they were on back-order and it would be a couple of months before it got sent out. I replied thanking her and Podiumax and I would anxiously await it's arrival.A few weeks later I got another email from Mira. She informed me they were still on back-order. She just wanted to send me an email to make sure I knew they hadn't forgotten about me, but they should be ready in about a month.Then a month later I rec'd yet another email informing me my new Podiumax Pop-Up goal was on the way! The next day the box arrived.I let it sit in my foyer for a couple of days before I had time to open it. Last Tuesday was my U12 teams first practice of the Spring Season. So on Monday I decided to get all of my gear together. I opened the box and was blown away at what I saw. Not only did Mira and Podiumax send me a replacement goal, they actually sent me a replacement set! So now I have 03 working pop-up goals!I know a lot of this review is mainly about Podiumax's Customer Service. I cannot express how great Mira was in this experience. In my opinion she truly went above and beyond any expectations. Going back to the quality however, it truly is great. I do not own any other Podiumax equipment yet, but I will very soon. They have made a lifetime customer out of me for sure!
